About Us

InChem’s mission is to provide Responsive, Transparent, and Flexible toll chemical manufacturing services to specialty chemical companies of all sizes. Our clients range from some of the largest global chemical manufacturers in the world, to small start-ups. All customer inquiries are responded to quickly and professionally. We undertake projects ranging from 5-gallon pilot batches, up to multi-million lbs. per year products.

InChem’s number one priority is safety. Our commitment to safety is absolute, and as a result we have managed to reach a safety milestone of 7 years without a lost workday incident. Our employees, customers, and other stakeholders know that the InChem way is the safe way.

InChem’s business is 100% toll manufacturing. Tolling isn’t what we do when we have extra capacity. This is important to our customers for a number of reasons. Having expertise in what it takes to be successful in the toll manufacturing space gives our clients peace of mind that they’re collaborating with knowledgeable, and experienced professionals. But that’s not all it means. It also means that our customers know that their valuable intellectual property is safe. Not only do we guarantee that we will keep confidential information securely, we do not compete with our customers. We don’t have any of our own products!
