How does InChem turn customer expectation into deliverables?

Our New Product Introduction process

InChem’s team of experts will work with you to understand what it takes to make your product. We will consider safety, environmental, commercial, and supply chain aspects and come back to you with the appropriate solutions
Our team will make sure that you, and your product are set up in our system, and that we are set up in your system as a vendor. This will help simplify logistics and commercial items later on.
We will review everything we have learned about your process with you to ensure accuracy. This is a detailed process and we’ll confirm everything from finished product specifications, fill weights on the drum, and shipping requirements. A batch sheet will be sent to your technical staff for review/approval.

As a final check before the batch begins, InChem’s team will conduct a Pre-Campaign Start-up Review (PCSR), where we will double check the work we’ve done up to this point and make sure that we’re ready to start. Following this protocol has led to excellent first pass quality results.
