InChem has the ability to flake various products on our 30 ft belt flaker.  The active area for cooling and flaking is 30 feet long by 36 inches wide.  This unit is capable of flaking at a rate of approximately 300-400 lbs per hr depending on the product.  There are 3 separate cooling zones that can all be hooked up to either city or chilled water.  Product can be fed onto the belt through a weir box, or through drip tubes depending on process requirements.  At the end of the flaker, product will go through a series of particle size reduction head and can then be packaged into FIBC’s, or drums.  The flaker can be fed directly from our K5 or K6 reactors, or from a bulk tanker spotted nearby.
