Chief Operating Officer
Previously global operations director for a major paint and coatings manufacturer. Mechanical engineering degree from Washburn University. Extensive certifications in project management; green-belt certified in Lean and Six Sigma.
Brian Hamel
VP Engineering
Responsible for engineering, maintenance, health, safety and environmental. Over 20 years experience in chemical industry including management roles in quality, production, maintenance, information systems, regulatory compliance and engineering. BS in Chemical Engineering.
Dr. Roy Kelly
Responsible for all laboratory activity including pilot plant, quality control and overall quality management systems. Has over 15 years of industrial R&D experience as a product and process chemist and manager. He has extensive experience in the transition of chemical processes from the lab to full scale production. PhD in Chemistry, certified in Design for Six Sigma.
Steve Hamel
VP Operations
Responsible for all operations activity including W-Plant, distillation plant, supply chain-warehousing, and site security. 15 years experience in the Chemical Industry in Production Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, Marketing and Sales. BS in Business Administration from Winthrop University. Hazmat Trained and Certified in DOT, IATA and IMDG Shipping.
