Brian Westmoreland, an Army veteran with more than 20 years experience in customer service and supply chain management, has been named the new customer service coordinator for InChem Corp. based in the Rock Hill, S.C., facility.
“Brian will be supporting account requirements and relationships with key customers by way of creating an environment for improving responsiveness,” said Jon McCracken, chief operating officer of InChem.
“As part of enhancing customer satisfaction, Brian will interact internally with all functions of the business to ensure that customers are realizing a positive experience with InChem. Where opportunities are presented for improvement, these will be addressed by way of his involvement with account management.

Westmoreland earned a B.A. from Montreat College in 2008 and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. He was a supply chain specialist in the Army from 1991 through 1994. He has won numerous leadership awards in the Army and the business world.
He was a customer service care agent for Arbon Equipment in Charlotte 2009-2016, and previously a purchasing agent and inventory control manager for Conitex Sonoco in Gastonia 1995-2009.
